Calendar Essentials
You can access calendars by clicking on your name and then the "Calendars" link, or clicking on "Calendars" in the dark gray bar from your dashboard.
The main page gives you an agenda view of all upcoming events -- both internal/official events and rental events.
Click on the little calendar icon from the main page to view the graphic calendar.

If you have permission to create a new event, this is what you will see.
